  3. Wash fish with warm water and remove bones and keep aside
  4. In another pot put in oil to heat awhile then add chopped tomatoes and peppers, ginger, garlic and tomato puree,add curry powder and thyme, stir fry awhile, then add water, fish and Maggi cubes,salt then cover the pot allow it to boil…
  5. Pour in, the parboil rice cover the pot allow it to cook… Then serve hot
