  1. Take Half kg beef
  2. Get 4 /5 piyaz
  3. Get Namak
  4. Get 7/8 Hari mirch
  5. Take 1 tsp Kali mirch powder

Hang yogurt in a muslin cloth to allow excess water to drain. Beat yogurt, then mix it with all the ground ingredients and the mince, and place in an aluminium or steel bowl.
