- Mix tiqqa masala 3_4tbsp in dahi with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and tandori or paprika or degi mirch
- Merinate chicken in dahi over night best or for 6_8hrs
- Heat oil and put onions and cook to nice brown like for qorma. Take them out and use I cup of it crush it and mix in chicken mixture. I always keep brown onions at home.
- Use same oil magar kam kar lein. Add green illichi and heat it.
- Now put Marinated chicken in hot oil and cook on medium high heat, Bhun lein achi tarha for 10mins till oil comes
- Add 2cups hot water spoon se achi tarha mix karen, then cook on low heat covered till chicken is tender.
- Keep gravy as you like it should be thick. Then heat a coal to red hot and place it on bread piece or foil in center of pot and pour ghee on it and lose lid.
- Serve with Naan,
