  4. Aik separate bowl mein oil dalen, dahi, Chicken add karen or ye marinade b add karen. Achi tarha mix kar ke 30 minutes marinate kar lain.
  5. Pan mein fry kar lain or dhak kar 2 side sy 10 minutes cook kar lain. Phir pani dry kar lain or acha sa fry karen.
  6. Coal garam kar ke smoke dain, thora oil dalen coal par or dhak dain. Phir salad sy platter garnish kar ke serve karen.
