- In a bowl mix flour,salt,oil and little water to make nice soft dough,allow to rest for5good munites,cuts in to 10small balls,make plat round shape which each able and toast for minutes on very low medium heat,cut d edges and cut each one into 3 long sheet.
- U can c d sheet here,add d sheet in nylon and keep aside.
- Prepere ur sauce by adding d minced meat in a sauce pan allow to cook till all d water it's dry,in a mortal crush d garlic,ginger, attarugu then add d cook minced meat and pound together a little
- On medium heat,in a sauce pan add d chopped onions,add d minced meat sauce,add cabbage, add seasoning,add curry powder Stir for a munited to 2munites then take off d heat.
- Bring 2 of ur long sheet from d nylon,place one of d sheet horizontal and other one on top of d first one but dis time veritically.add d beef sauce,make a thick flour paste(flour + water apply add both the edges and fold d down one first(horizontal)then fold d second sheet(vertical)
- Repeat d procedure untill u finish all d sheets
- Fry in hot oil till golden brown and serve.
