  6. Once the sugar has melted & start boiling, the jam will start to splutter… After 30 min check the jam for it's readiness…
  7. Now take a plate & add 1 spoon of jam on a plate, then tilt the plate, the jam should not drip.. once it's set you can stop cooking.. If not then continue cooking & check it again..
  8. Now it's ready…you can stored this jam over 6 months in the fridge..
