This Southwestern black bean soup is a quick and easy recipe made from pantry staples. What makes it so good is the high proportion of vegetables to beans: lots of garlic, onions.   3. When meat is boiled, add ogiri to the stalk then add palm oil and extra spices if needed. Cover and allow to boil for flavors to come out well. You can also add fish and crayfish but I don’t eat them and that’s why it’s not part of the recipe.
  4. When stalk has boiled for about 10 mins, add the blended vegetables. Lower the heat and allow vegetables to cook properly (about 15-20 mins)
  5. Put soup off and serve with hot swallow of ur choice!!!
