Instructions to make Flower 🌸 bun with jam:
- First mix all liquid milk and water add yeast, sugar and salt. Oil or ghee 2tbsop and one tbsp to grease.I used ghee.
- Then add maida knead and then add ghee and keep for 2hours.
- After 2hours then punch and spread maida and knead once and cut in small parts.
- Make balls of same size and roll with roller pin and not to thin and from center press with small cup
- Center and cut it's side with knife.
- As sides are cut then pinch and make a flower shape and deep fry.
- Deep fry as cool then take out it will not oily just dry like bun and in center fill with jam I add strawberry and apple red jam.
- And serve it..
