- Mix in curd salt red chilli powder and turmeric powder
- Add in water and blend well. See that no lumps remain.
- Heat a pan
- Add methi and jeera. Add bay leaf and red chillies.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook till they are a bit golden. Add in hing and the kadhi mixture.
- Cook till boils. Lower the has and cook covered for 15 to 20 minutes stirring in between.
- Mix the pakora batter and see that batter is not runny
- Add this into a bottle with thin opening.
- Heat oil and make jalebi shaped pakoras. Cook till crisp.
- When the kadhi is done add coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice. Top with the pakoras. Enjoy
