  2. Now add corn flour. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, amchur powder & salt. Mix it well. If you r using lemon juice in spite of amchur add while seasoning it.
  3. Deep fry these corns on a medium high flame. Do not fry on high flame otherwise they will pop up.
  4. Heat little oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic & green chillies. Saute a little for a min. Then add it to corns.
  5. Now add chopped onions, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, black salt & chaat masala. Mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Your super delicious crispy corn is ready to be served.
