- Roll the dough ball. Apply oil and dust the dry flour. Fold it in triangle shape.
- Dust it in dry Flour. Roll the triangle Parathas. Put tava/ griddle on medium flame. Place the rolled Paratha on hot tava.
- One side Paratha is done flip it. Apply oil. Flip it again and toast the parathas from both sides.
- Served with Palak-Paneer Bhurji.
