Carefully place the fish on a grilling iron, add a little more seasoning and dry pepper, sprinkle sliced onions on top, use a table spoon to scope the stock in the pot and pour on the fish, add the plantain along side and allow tho grill on medium heat for about 15mins, turn the other side and do same till its cooked and dry, oh yum!
  4. For the gravy, put palm oil in a pot on medium heat, wen a bit hot, put onions, allow to fry slightly and den add the blended paste and fry for a few mins, add seasonings and allow for abt 2mins and dasol.
  5. Serve and chill like I did 😁
