Steps to make Yam Pottage:
- Cut the yam into small bits and wash thoroughly. Then cook yam with water till is very soft.
- Fry the blended pepper with palmoil, then add the crayfish, maggi, salt, garlic and roasted fish. Allow to fry very well.
- Match the yam and then turn in the fried pepper and mix till it's even.
- Finally add the pumpkin leaf and allow to steam for 5 mins.
