- In a bowl add the rice flour. Add water and make a thin consistency. Add salt and mix
- Heat a wok and add 1 Tbsp oil. Add the Rice flour batter and keep stirring for 5 mins until a dough is formed. Set aside to cool
- When it’s okay to handle on bare hands, grease your palm and make lemon size balls
- Flatten and stuff the Chana Dal stuffing. Make oblong shape and compete the batch
- Grease a steamer and put on heat. Add the Pitha and steam for 8-10 mins
