- For Gujarati dal : -boil tuvar dal in pressure cooker for three whistle cool cooker open lid blend it in another pan add oil add long cinnamon stick methi dana mustard seed jeera hing stir it heat boils on the gas add gud red chilli powder salt haldi adarkh imli salt roasted peanut pees of tomato adark paste pour tafka into boiling dal stir it add kadi patta / curry leaves on tadka garnish with fresh Coriander and coconut grated
- Plain boil rice
- Aloo tomato sabji
- Boil aloo and cut into pieces in a pan heat oil add mustard seed hing curry leaves for tadka add tomato pees add salt haldi after tomato smooth add red chilli powder stir it and add potato mix well and add water needed add fresh Coriander for garnish
- For Patr:-
- Make dough from besan add oil salt haldi red chilli powder gud imli lemon juice ginger. garlic green chilli paste apply on alvi patra leaves steam on Steamer cool it cut in round shape fry them with oil till mustard seed hing dry curry leaves red chilli
- Fry hari mirch / green chilli
- Cabbage masala dry (sambhara)
