- For bhakhri, make dough using all it's ingredients. Take a medium size dough and make ball of it. Now roll out ball into thick circle. Heat tava. Place bhakhri on it. Cook on medium flame. Now flip bhakhri and cook until brown spot appeared. Now add little bit oil and flip again.
- For Punjabi khichdi, make simple khichdi using rice, both dal, salt, turmeric in pressure cooker. Now take one pan, add ghee heat it. Add clove, cinnamon, pepper. Now add onion, ginger garlic paste. Saute it for few minutes. Add Blanch tomato puree and saute it. Take one small bowl, add dry fenugreek powder, tomato sauce, kitchen king masala, Garam masalo and milk. Make smooth paste. Add this paste to gravy. Saute well. Add simple khichdi and mix well.
- For Dahi, add little bit salt to dahi. Serve all items in plate and serve with papad.
