The ingredients needed to make Moringa salad:
  1. Prepare 2 handful moringa leaves
  2. Make ready Garin kuli
  3. Take 3 plum tomatoes

The first think to do is to pick the moringa from the stalk into a bowl and wash well. Wash and slice the onions into a suitable plate and set aside. Moringa leaves can be cooked the same way you would prepare spinach, collards or kale. Take the leaves out of water and rinse them with cold water.

  1. BrAfter Wash the moringa leaves
  2. Add cups of water into the pot,sprinkle a little salt,add potach,add the moringa leaves and cook until tender
  3. For the garin kuli; peanut cake,seasonings, garlic,1 scotch bonnet,dried ginger, black pepper,red chilli.blend everything starting with the dried ingredients
  4. Bring the moringa off the heat when cooked,drain the water and allow to cool
  5. In a bowl add the grinded peanut cake add little water and mix
  6. Add your moringa give it a mix
  7. Add your cut tomatoes,onion, blended scotch bonnet
  8. Add veg/oil.mix and serve
  9. It can be eating alone or use as a side dish
