- Prepare 3-4 tbsp Hung Curd

- Peel the papaya and grate it.
- In a bowl take all ingredients of muthiya. Now knead a dough. Keep aside for 10 mins.

- Now take skewers and insert the vegetables and muthiya in it.
- Preheat microwave at 200℃ and keep these at 180℃for 12 min. Remove from microwave and apply some butter or oil so that these could not become dry.
- Now grill for 2-3 mins. Our muthiya tikka is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney.
- For green chutney, take all ingredients of chutney and blend them. Chutney is ready.
