  3. Wash feel and cut your potatoes in to cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till soft set aside; now add ghee/oil and add cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cloves, blackpepper,the marinated chicken together with the remaining marinade and cook over medium heat till the chicken is soft and oil separates from the sauce taste and adjust seasonings
  4. Add your potatoes, sprinkle chopped parsley and mint leaves add the cooked rice and spread it evenly next add fried onions and more parsley cover tightly and allow it to steam for 10 minutes. Stir gently and serve
  5. Garnish with more fried onions, boiled egg and mint leaves
