The ingredients needed to make Classic Mushroom Omelette:
  1. Prepare 2-3 large Mushrooms
  2. Make ready 50 Grams Butter
  3. Prepare 3 large Eggs
  4. Prepare Pinch Salt

But omelette beats omelet in British English. The British spelling, omelette, is actually the modern French spelling. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chives. Saute until heated through and mushrooms have reduced slightly.

Instructions to make Classic Mushroom Omelette:
  1. Wipe the mushrooms free from bits and pieces, do NOT wash them! Pull apart with fingers, or slice if desired. Place in a large fry pan.
