- In a bowl, pour the grinded melon seeds, cut some onions and mix together to form a thick paste.
- Use a spoon, cut the egusi mixture into small portion and add to the pot, do not stir after putting, cover and allow to dissolve. After 10-15mins, if the egusi has dissolved, add the crayfish and washed pumpkin leaves. Stir together. Taste for seasoning, add if necessary.
- Your Egusi soup is ready to be eaten with any swallow of your choice. Enjoy!!!
