Instructions to make Vegetable soup with garri:
- Wash vegetable and waterleaf with salt.slice very well.
- Boil stockfish and meat with Maggi and salt.boil till is tender.
- Put pot on fire,heat up till the water drys.
- Pour in the palmoil and bleach for 3mins then add onion.
- Stir and pour in the waterleaf.awaterleaf.allow to fry till the water drys.
- Then pour in the meat and stockfish.but dont pour in the stock.
- Stir and add the crayfish,pepper,Maggi and salt.boil for 4-5mins and stirs.
- Then pour in the vegetable.stir it and bring down.
- Boil water pour in a bowl.then add the garri gradually.allow to cool down
- Mix very well and dish.enjoy with the soup.
