  1. Take lady's finger wash, drain and chopped them.
  2. Now take a kadhai and add oil to it.when oil gets heat then add Mustard seeds.
  3. Allow Mustard seeds to crackle then add cummin seeds, asafoetida followed by chopped lady's finger.
  4. Now add turmeric powder and salt to it.
  5. Cook at slow flame untill it become soft.
  6. Now add chopped tomato and crushed garlic then mix well and allow to bhindi become crispy.
  7. Now add Red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
  8. Now cook for 5 minutes and serve with chapati and buttermilk.
