  1. कटहल में हल्का सा नमक डालकर कुकर में मुलायम होने तक पका लें कढ़ाई में दो चम्मच तेल गरम करें और उसमें तेजपत्ता इलायची सरसों जीरा कलौंजी सॉफ मेथी डालें जब मसाले तड़क जाए तो कढ़ाई में कटे प्याज डालें और सुनहरा होने तक भूने
  2. अब कढ़ाई में अदरक लहसुन और मिर्च वाला बेस्ट डाले और पकाएं एक कटोरी में सूखे मसाले और दो-तीन चम्मच पानी डालकर मिलाएं और कढ़ाई में डालें लगभग 1 मिनट तक पकाएं और उसके बाद टमाटर का पेस्ट डालें और अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं 5 से 7 मिनट तक पकाएं
  3. अब कढ़ाई में धीरे-धीरे दही डालें और मसालों को दही के साथ कुछ देर भूने मसाले अगर ज्यादा सुखे हो तो कढ़ाई में आधा कप पानी भी डाल सकते हैं कटहल के टुकड़ों को कढ़ाई में डालकर अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं और लगभग 10 मिनट तक धीमी आंच पर पकाएं धनिया पत्ती से सजाकर परोस करें
