  1. First we chop the onion,tomato,ginger and green chilli in large pieces..
  2. Now take the chunks in pan for boiling..add water and half tbsp salt in it…turn on the flame..keep it for 5 minutes on medium flame..
  3. Take another pan for preparing the gravy…first we add oil and after heated up,add jeera and cardamom,cinnemon,cloves and black pepper seeds in it…after half minute,add onion,ginger,garlic,green chilli and cashew in it…stire till golden brown.
  4. Now take out the onion and all from the pan in a grind mixer..now add tomato in pan in hot oil…stire it till getting soft..after that take it out in mixer jar…
  5. Now grind the mixer jar and make a smooth paste for gravy…
  6. After 5 minutes of boiling,take out the chunks from the water… squeeze it well…and now fry the chunks in little oil for 2 minutes…
  7. Now we add oil in pan,after heating the oil,add paste of gravy that we have already prepared…add all the dry masala…add salt too…keep stirring….
  8. After 7 minutes,add some cream in it…after two minutes,add soya chunks in it…now add 1 glass of water…cover it for 6 to 7 minutes in medium flame…
  9. Soya chunk gravy is ready,if you like little sweet,then we can add 1 tbsp of sugar or 2 tbsp honey in it…add garam masala in it…
  10. Serve hot by garnishing some cream,kasuri maithi and coriander on it…
