  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  9. Get Ingredients for stuffing dough
  10. Prepare 1 cup wheat flour
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp daal mash(soak overnight)
  12. Take 1 /2 tsp zeera
  13. Prepare 1 tsp whole Corriender
  14. Make ready 1/2 tsp crush red chilli
  15. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  16. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder+1 green chilli
  17. Get 2 tbsp green Corriender leaves
  18. Get Oil for frying
  19. Prepare 2 glass lassi
  20. Prepare 2 plates chanay (serve with bathora)

Instructions to make Bathure:
  1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients of rising dough Knead it well for 5 minutes then cover with wet clothes keep in 6 to 8 hours (overnight) in a warm place.
  2. After that take a bowl add flour maida, baking powder and 1/2 glass of wayer to make liquid mixture.
  3. Now Knead the dough with this liquid mixture and the dough for proofing at night for 5 minutes than cover with wet clothes then keep in warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Next make stuffing for this dough,take a bowl add all the ingredients of stuffing dough mix it well than mashed it by spoon and keep aside.
  5. Now after 1 hour take a dough make a ball (i m taking 2 large size ball, u can make 3 small balls of dough also)stuff 2 tbsp of mixture and again make a ball rolling it like a roti than fry in wok until it becomes golden brown it's colour.
  6. Hot bathora s’will be ready to serve with chanay and chilled lassi,enjoy it.
