  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp baking powder
  5. Take 1 1/2 cup jaggery
  6. Get 1 Greased plate

  4. Let it cool.Now crack in small peices.Grind it in well coarse.Take a aluminium mould and place a parchment paper.
  5. After grinding well mix nicely..
  6. Transfer in mould.Press tightly with bowl or big spoon.Garnish with chopped pistachios.And leave leave to set nicely.
  7. Now take out the gajak with parchment slowly.And cut into squares.
