  3. In another pot, add the grinded scotch bonnets and onions and add 1 spoon of oil to fry. After for about 5-10 minutes, add the cooked minced meat, stir and add some seasonings to taste.
  4. Mash the yam until soft(Though I prefer it not that soft) and add the minced meat mixture to it. Mix until everything is well mixed.
  5. Break eggs, add a bit of seasonings to taste and keep aside. Scoop the yam mixture and roll out ball shapes, then dip it in the egg and then roll it on the bread crumbs.
