- Pour the milk into bowl and add in the sugar also then mix together with spoon
- Add little water into the dry ingredient and mix well (if it's too strong add water a bit so it doesn't get too sticky) to become doughlike
- Grease in oil in another plate or bowl. Rub oil on your Palm and cut the milk dough and roll into balls (base on size u want) put in the greased plate until the dough is finish
- In heating pan of oil put the milk balls and fry on low heat until golden brown, remove from oil and allow to cool.
