  1. Prepare 10-12 mangoes
  2. Take 12-14 raw mangoes
  3. Prepare 1/2 kg jaggery
  4. Get 1/4 kg sugar
  5. Take 2 tsp mango jelly powder

  4. Make one string chasni and mix it in cooked mango paste and add jelly powder. Transfer in a bowl and bake it for 30 to 50 minutes.
  5. Completely baked then cool it and put in the freezer for 1 hr. Mango jam is ready to serve with bread or paratha.
