  1. Pound/grind ur cayenne peppe(barkonu) to a smooth powdered form,slice one and a half onions and add to d grinded pepper n pound till d onions is well mixed wv d grinded pepper. Add ur sour less tomatoes (optional) n grind till smoothness is achieved
  2. Heat oil in a pan,add half of the sliced onion n stir,allow it saute not burnt. Add up ur puree,crayfish,dried grinded fish n keep stirring it. Add ur seasonings,spices of choice,ginger paste n keep stirring over medium heat till u have brownish or reddish a brownish den its well fried.
  3. Allow to cool n Serve with anythn of ur choice.. This can stay for more dan a month if its well fried without reheatn. No water is added when preparing
  4. Its sweet,aromatic n super delicious
