  8. Rub oil on your palms and roll each dough by bringing all the sides to the centre and pinch them together to form a ball. Place the dough on to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  9. Pat on the dough and cover it to rest for 5 minutes.
  10. In a small bowl, add 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of milk powder, 1 teaspoon of water and whisk.
  11. Bring out the dough after 5 minutes and pat again to form a huge flat disc. Brush it with the egg yolk mixture and sprinkle some black sesame seeds/ sesame seeds/shredded coconut on top. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  12. Rub oil on a knife to avoid the dough sticking to it, and make slight cuts on top of the dough.
  13. Bake on lower rack until the bread puffs up, then shift the tray to top rack and bake until golden brown.
