Instructions to make Eggless Choco-chip Cookies:
- Take a saucepan, add all the wet ingredients and mix mix mix…until sugar is completely dissolved in the butter & now the mixture is a bit creamy in consistency.
- Take another saucepan/ deep bottom utensil, then add all the dry ingredients (except MILK), mix it a few times so that chocochips are evenly coated with flour mix.
- Then transfer the dry ingredients mix into wet ingredients (1st saucepan) and mix again…till the flour mix is well coated with the butter mix!!
- Now add milk (one tablespoon at a time). So to get a doughy consistency of cookie mix.
- KEEP THIS MIX IN THE FRIDGE FOR 30 minutes. Then our cookie dough will look like this
- If you are baking in an oven then Pre- heat it at 180DegreeC for 10 min.
- For baking without oven, take a kadai, add generous quantity of rock salt / regular salt / sand &cover it and keep the gas on high flame #for Preheating kadai
- Take out the cookie dough from fridge, make round balls of it then press a bit from centre(not too much).
- Grease the baking tray with butter, line it with parchment paper and place made cookie equidistant from each other….and they are good to go!
- Place the baking tray in the Pre-heated oven, bake at 190°C for 10-12 min. For Kadai, bake for 20- 25min at medium flame.
- Check the cookies after the said time limit, if undercook then cook on same temp for 3-4 min (this is for oven)
- Bring out the cookies & let it cool down to room temperature.
- Our cookies will be done….when there such marks on both surfaces
