- Marinate for 1 minutes and in a sauce pan,add 5 table spoon of oil,usually i used groundnut oil and this is what i use for this recipe.Add chopped onion to the g/oil and stir till golden brown,add the liver and stir fry for 5 minutes,after that you add your different varieties of species and seasoning, grinded onion and scotch bonnet and continue stirring.
- Add 1-2 cups of water,cover and cook in a very low heat till its very tender, add your chopped carrot, cabbage and already boiled peas stir and turn off the stove/gas.
