Kosai is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. Kosai is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They are fine and they look fantastic.
Kosai (湖西市, Kosai-shi) is a city located in far western Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Kosai or Akara (Bean Cakes) Nigerians will know these golden bean cakes or fritters as akara or kosai, depending on where you are from. In Northern Nigeria where I grew up they are called kosai. They are a street or market food, fried up by the women in big pans of hot oil, eaten hot and fresh or wrapped up for a later meal.
To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have kosai using 10 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

Instructions to make Kosai:

- Add your oil in a pan and add chopped onion allow them onions to fry till golden brown remind them onion and whisk your batter for the final time before dropping your kosai
- Serve hot with your delicious pap or gruel and a soft bread dan sittin for the best sandwich that ever existed
