- Take half cup yogurt add 2 tbsp brown onion 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch pinch of red food colour salt quarer tsp nutmeg and mace powder 1 tbsp zeera powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp poppy seeds paste 3 tbsp #soyasupremeoil mix in chicken put in skewer give coal smoke and bake.
- For White Malai Tikka - - In chicken add 4tbsp yogurt 4 tbsp cream 1 tsp zeera powder half tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp poppy seeds paste 1 tbsp white pepper 2 tbsp chopped green chillies 2 tbsp oil mix gently give coal smoke and bake.
