- Prepare all your ingredients
- Pour hot boiling water over your Abacha and allow for 5 mins.
- In a pot, put palm oil then add potash water and stir (remember not to turn off heat at this stage) until thickened
- Then add ugba, dry fish and seasoning cube
- Add garden eggs and Abacha and mix together.
- For the kpomo, cook kpomo until soft. Then in a pan, add oil, add onions and then add grated pepper mix (tomatoes, scotch bonnet, onions, tattashe, shombo, garlic)
- Add seasonings and cover and allow for 2 mins. Then add cooked kpomo and stir. Cover and allow for 5 mins
- Garnish with onions, Utazi leaves, garden egg and any other thing. Serve and enjoy😋
